Reply: (edit)Advanced Power Management (APM) is not a driver, but a utility developed by Intel & Microsoft. It interacts with your laptops BIOS to control the power settings on your laptops battery. If your BIOS is APM compliant, Windows should recognize it's compliance and automatically install it. I suggest going to your laptop vendor's website and look for a BIOS update on your machine. As for the USB Audio Device, you have to know the make and model of the device, then go to the support section of the vendor's website. Good luck :)
