picture but no sound in tv card

i have instaled the universal driver with(WDM)name and it shows as Bt Pci Video and audio devices and after installing tv application like my tv,fastcom tv etc. i got the picture but no sound but on the other hand in windows 98 i have the sound and there is no soundoutput point in the card and it works through pci and in windows98 there is a delay and repitition of sound or overlapingof sound.how can iresolve the problem.the card chip number isBt878khf 25878-12 and it has philiphs FI1216 Mk2 tuner
