I can not get my EXAR XR17C154 PCI Serial device to work in either Win XPe, Win XP or Win 2000. Does anyone know what driver to use and where to get it?

That is not the name of your card. It is the Chip manufacturer and chip ID. Look for the FCC number on the card then go here to see if you can find out who made it:
