PCI device driver for ASUS z9200vc

after installing windown xp pro sp2 I am not able to find a PCI device driver. without this device my modem driver and audio device drivers are not installable. ASUS helpdesk refused to provide me support since the original os at manufactor was xp home instead of xp pro.
does anyone has this driver or know where to download or know if i can get it from win xp home?

check ur invoice see which modem card waas shipped and which audio card was shipped to u alongwith the system...write a mail to me on bobby_highlander@rediffmail.com ...i'll send u the driver ur looking for...or check on support.dell.com....bobby
