trying to setup pc-to-pc, pc-to-landline/cell voip (?) calling capabilities on my desktop. Evidently don't know/understand what I'm doing (ha). Have setup sip accounts and downloaded all software but have many repeated conflicts and don't know how to resolve them. Any suggestions? I know this is kind of vague, sorry.
