PB Mouse Driver!!

I am trying to find the right mouse driver for my optical usb mouse. The model is IO-3UP. The Packard Bell logo is on top of the mouse.
I have looked on Packard Bells site, but I can only find a driver for Logitech's Mouseware, which I don't think this mouse is.
The product came with a disk, but now it doesn't work and PB say that to get any support for it I have to call a premium rate number!
