I bought used Nvidia GeForce 2 MX 64MB video card but when I install my monitor giving scramble picture and it is happening from the boot time. it is very difficult to view. I tried in safe mode same thing. please tell me is it driver problem if it is driver problem how I can install driver when I can't see properly. Please help me.

I did not know they still sold those old cards. Is this card used because it sound like it may be damaged because safemode should have worked.

Oh, never mind you did say it was used.

The scramble picture is usually the Graphics Chip, but it may be that the AGP Card is so old it does not accept the Bus Voltage, there has been various specification changes over the years:
