No Sound/few colors

I fdisk/reformatted my PC today and now the sound card is not detected (drivers seem to be installed) and the color shows only 16 bit. What can I do to return it to the way it was?

try removing the sound card physically, reboot the computer, shut down. remove AC. Reinstall sound card.

The video adapter driver need to be reinsstalled also
