I get no sound from my computer...speakers work fine on my other PC. I got a sound card put in about 2 years ago and it worked fine until i restored my computer due to all kinds of problems but my sound was never one of them....can you help??!?!?!?....email:... shonthrilla@gmail.com

Compaq 6027us Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.00GHz 504 MB of Ram...Windows XP Home 2002 version... the sound card is aftermarket and i cant help with that other than i know its a sound blaster product.

All it said was that it was a "sound blaster x-fi chip" from creative labs (vender)
