i have just installed the latest sound drivers for my computer and i have no sound that goes to my head phones (or voice back in to my PC) i know both parts of my headset work because they work on my ipod so yeah i need help i have looked in the sound menus and it says the devices are working properly but i know something is wrong because i have NO sound so plz help

Is the volume muted? Double-click the speaker icon in the tray and make sure Playback and Wave are turned up and not muted.

saddly if it where that simple i wouldn't need to post it and yes before posting i made sure that i had my sound on with both the PC and headset
