No Sound On COMBO MODEM

I have a sierra combo modem/sound card.
model FB-WS 2814Js6
FCC ID J41-SQ3465V34P
Modem loaded ok. System found it automaticly and called it a sandard modem. It works fine BUT i have no sound, does the sound portion need its own driver. if so how do i find one,and install.
Thanks for any help
I think i've found one, but it is a zip file, when i try to install new hardware i say i have disk and it says that there is no information on it Help

I have a model FB-WS 2814Js6 modem, but I don't have the manual, so I can't set the jumpers correctly. I don't have drivers too.
Help!!
