No Audio Sound Device. Please Help!

I have missed placed me Cd Driver disk that came with my computer and I got my computer upgraded and under my manage device I have yellow question marks by Video controller, pci device, and ethernet controller. I have tried to search several websites to help me fix my problem and nothings working if any one can help me I would really appreciate it much!
If you've 'upgraded' to Vista, your original driver disc may be less than useful, as its drivers are most likely for XP (although "me Cd Driver disk" might mean something else) - either way, you'd require Vista drivers, one would think
