No Audio device

Under sound devices, Volume it states that there is NoAudio Device. When I go to Hardward it says under Legacy Audio Driver - location unknown and under Properties Properties there is nothing. My surround sound doesn't work anymore. This all occured after I did a clean up and defrag. Any idea where I can get the audio driver back? Any help would be apreciated.
