nForce Ethernet slow download speed

Hey,
Usually I downloaded with 140 kb/s download speed with my 100 mb/s modem.
But then I installed nVidias latest mother board drivers and installed them. (I have mother board version 15.23 now ) Now I have my local area connection running with nVidia NForce Ethernet 10/100/1000 mb/s and I get average from 5 - 30 kb/s
It doesn't seem to get any higher.
Why did the download speed change so much and how can I make it download 140 kb/s again?
