I RECENTLY UPGRADED MY LAPTOP FROM ME TO XP BUT XP DIDN'T RECOGNISE MY MODEM ANDI NEED THE DRIVERS FOR XP, HELP PLEASE.

Goto the modem manufactures website and download the Xp drivers for your modem. You really should have done this before you upgraded to XP!! Doh!
