Need XP driver for MPEG2 decoder

I have a problem to find a driver for for my Laptop - Clevo 668. I've installed WinXp on it bit I need a driver for the DVD Hardware accelerator. The card model is: IBM MPEG2 decoder, based on IBM MPEGCD1M chip. It works amazingly smooth under Win98 and the Mediamatics DVDExpress. WinXP recognise whole HW but hardware accelerator.
