need xp driver for Acer Modem AME TUOO

can anyone tell me where to down load a driver for an Acer modem AME-TUOO for windoews XP Professional??
Ive found drivers for Win 2000 but not for XP.
Would the driver for 2000 work on XP

Hi Apparently the 2000 driver for the Acer works fine with Xp. Where did you find that driver?
