Need SERIOUS help on FPS and driver

Except my motherboard is an MSI MS-6701. Installing nforce drivers didn't work at all, I really need help. I am not sure If I have updated drivers for this board, I doubt it. I can't seem to find general "motherboard drivers" for the MS-6701. I'm in need of serious assistance, thanks for your help guys.

i have the same board i have the factory cd from medion agp seems not to work without the sis winagp installed dma seem to be the same way for the ide connection not sur e if this helps if you need the filies pc model is medion 1467 you can download them there i think medionusa.com
