need rtl8029as drivers for xp

I have recently go into windows xp. Now i search RTL8029AS drivers .
I use this link to take this drivers

http://www.realtek.com.tw/htm/download/level.asp?class1=communication

They said me that drivers are the same for windows 2000 an xp. I download drivers but when i try manually
to install my drivers , xp don't recognize.

Can someone help me please? I need help...
