Hi, I am unable to find the windows 8 graphics driver or windows 7 for that matter for the Radeon X1650. I tried AMD official drivers page but it points to vista driver and refuses to recognise it.
Did you run the Windows 8 upgrade advisor before installation? That would have flagged up whether you could get Win8 drivers. The card is relatively old now and isn't listed in the AMD pre-release list of supported cards so I would guess you are out of luck.
