Need PCMCIA modem drivers

I'm trying to get a copy of the PCMCIA drivers for a digicom 28800 modem fax card. The operating system is win 98. I have the cardsoft drivers and phonex drivers but they dont seem to work. I have changed from win 95 to win 98. Any help would be appreciated
