CPU/Ram: P4 3ghz / 1 GB Ram

I have a Medion 5100 composer tower. I lost the drivers CD, and Medion's website is worthless. If there is anyone out there that has a lead to an FTP or HTTP with the sound drivers and perhaps all other drivers (i just need the sound really), that would be wonderful.
