Need Driver for INTEL PRO/DSL 3200

I have an external INTEL PRO/DSL 3200 modem from qwest and the driver that comes with it is incompatible with windows xp. It recognizes the modem itself and the DSL service, but it does not send or recieve any bits. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it's realy wasn't that easy to find the driver it took me 2 months to find it .. any way .. iam using both xp pro and home edition .. i trid the driver and it's working perfectly .. the migration works .. it realy do ...
