Need cd rom driver for Packard Bell

My friend's son was just given a Packard Bell Legend 401CD. He was not given any of the disks that go with it. The computer is empty. They are trying to get it started with a boot disk, but the drivers on the boot disk don't seem to work for the cd rom. Would anyone have the cd rom driver for this model. I've searched but cannot seem to find it. Thank you.
