I have been to drivershq.com and driverguide.com but they only link to Labway's Page which is not loading. Please refer me other location from where I can download it.
Or refer me some compatible drivers and their locations.

I have an xwave sound card QS3000A. And Conexant modem R6793-11. AMD K7 processor and Gigabyte motherboard.
Right now I'm using win98. Problem is, as soon as I install the modem (physically on the motherboard and install the driver), a message appears on every start up "you need directx 5 or above or Q3d driver". I have Directx 8 and q3d is already installed.
As soon as you remove the modem from the motherboard, everything seems to work just fine. Once while using WinMe I had disabled the modem's sond property and it had started to work fine. But only once.
Another problem is that while insatlling xwave sound card drivers, it gives fatal error on "XWave PCI sound" (blue screen) but sound works properly even if PCI sound is not working.
I would appreciate a lot a little help.
