Comment: I am having trouble with finding a way of making my NEC SuperScript 610plus work in win2k. I wrote to NEC, and they said they didn't make a driver for this, but I was wondering whether anyone knew of any third party drivers which would do an adequate job? NEC recommended that I try HP LaserJet IIP, but it doesn't seem to work without the NEC.GDI WinStyler port, which I think is installed with the win9x drivers. Does anyone know of any alternatives?

Reply: (edit)I've got the same problems. Searched the web for help but no luck. Have you solved the problem yet ? On the Swedish NEC support page they claim that I need to buy a new printer with an "inbuilt processor". There's got to be a SW fix for this somehow, question is : has someone bothered... /Roland

Reply: (edit)hey everyone, minolta has drivers that they use for Pageworks\pro 110L, they work OK, but sometimes you have to turn the printer on and off, and switch the port to make it work. It's a hassle, but hey, at least it works
