Hi,

I have one of these. I'm currently trying to get the info from NEC - mine looks like they have put DOS6.2 into the bios. A: is the HDD, C: is the FDD and it boots to DOS even when A: is disconnected...

Don't suppose anyone knows how to reset CMOS on one of these... I've had it ina thousand bits and reassembled it (no change but only 2 spare screws :-).

- Mark

Hi everyone..unfortunately, we belong to a few people who are caught in a stampede of GOOD politics..NEC LAVIE is a TOTALY NEW ARCHITECHTURE, which I myself just recently found out. nonetheless, I have the windows 95(r) system (built exclusively for NEC PC9800 which our LAVIE belongs--or should they say "ported"). If you want a copy of this please send me an email at erwin_funa@yahoo.com and I will be happy to reproduce the disk for free...

ps:please visit www.natut.com--- :) for more info..
