Comment:
I have found SO MANY messages on here and other places about this same problem: -->>> "I found a "!" in yellow dot for the ndis2 adapter driver as shown in the Device Manager. When I tried to reload the driver for Ndis2 the computer reported that the latest driver is already loaded. This occurs even after inserting the win98 CD." --->> I have found that the problem still exists even after I extract the NDIS file from the NET9.CAB. I have yet to see a response that works, although there may be one here that I haven't read yet. Somebody please, tell me if I can just disable or remove this NDIS2 thing. I have a DLINK PCI Adapter for networking. Does it have to have this thing? If so, how do I fix this or reinstall the NDIS2 thing? It cannot be done with the WIN98 disk, as so many other messages have already indicated. Thanks
