Reply: (edit)Windows XP does not support DVDRW drives properly. You will need to install some DVD writing software. I use Nero Burning ROM; their website is www.nero.com There are alternatives, but it;s a matter of personal preference. Most drives come with some burning software, so check to see if there is anything on the CDs supplied with the drive. Also, I would suggest updating to SP2 as there are a lot of security updates for Windows that you will not have installed! www.technical-assistance.co.uk - for all your technical support needs.
