My XP install hangs

My XP installation stops when installing XP on my WIndows XP OEM installation. Automation PC 5PC810.SX01-00 SATARAID 5ACPCI.RAIC-03 Rev C0.
It has the sil3512ectu128 chip
I am using the si3112r drivers
The first time it asks for any special raid drivers and I use the drivers downloaded from the site they are recognized on the floppy disk. XP install continues and then after fromatting the drive it asks again for the drivers on the floppy drive and hangs at that point. Almost like it no longer recognizes the drivers.
