Hi, I didn't really know which category to put this question in so anyways... my western digital external hard drive when i plug it into my computer just doesn't start to spin and make noise it just flashes the whole time I don't think its not working but i don't know really... also, when its plugged in charged n still blinking i plug it into the port n it isn't detected at all Please help !

... if it does'nt vibrate, spin or make a noise then there is a fault, it could be with the enclosure, how about opening it to see if the wires are on and tight !!
