I have a Dell XPS 420 and when I got my computer it played games and DVDs as well as playing and burning CDs. A few months later it stopped playing DVDs and Games but still plays and burns CDs. I called Dell and the lady put new DVD programs and the computer still didn't play the DVDs. She then did some type of update that still didn’t work. I think it might be a glitch in my driver but if that was the case, wouldn’t it not be able to read CDs also?! I am at a total loss. Please help!
