Hi,
My laptop cant get past the load screen. It goes to an auto-help system saying that windows could not start up, and then goes to a load screen with about 5 options, one of which is fix the drivers. When I select this option, it cannot find drivers on the computer, and asks for me to manually select them. I've gone through the win32 file marked "drivers" and could not find any runnable program. The computer did not come with a start up/restore disk.
I am afraid I might have fried out the harddrive, because the cpu has shut down from overheating about a dozen times in the past 2 months. But it is possible this is something else, because it is a tabletpc, and I kind of... punched the screen a few times right before it stopped working. (Lost a simulation game and was immature about it)
But the screen seems to display fine, it just cant start up.
Can anyone help me on this? Its an HP tablet, and is only 6 months old, though I have been admittedly hard on the computer (I only punched it that one time though)Thanks.
