I have a mustek 1200 iii ep scanner. I downloaded the driver files off of mustek's site. I can't seem to get it to work though. Whenever I try to scan the either a) the screen goes blue and says something like "General hardware failure" or b) the computer restarts. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Also, I installed the drivers off the CD that came with the scanner before I noticed they were for 98 and not 2000. How to I find these to remove them?
