I am also looking for the same. I have mislaid the cd and wish to install on another computer.I do have it installed on a computer but do not know if you can access all the required data or if it is possible to do this. Have you had any luck locating the drivers? Regards

Tried and failed a lot of sites !
but i did find 1 site that offered the version 4 driver but it is for win ME but every driver i have ever needed for win 98se has always been win98/ME drivers.
i cant comment on wether or not it works ok as i am downloading the file but feel free to check it out.
the site link is www.driverguide.com you need to register for it but its 100% free to register and get the drivers and its not just the joystick drivers everything u could possibly need is in there and if it isnt you request it !
hope this helps as i know how hard it is to find this retched driver.

Make sure that you are plugging the controller into a USB 1.1 port not a USB 2 port.
