If you are looking for a driver for a Motorola SM56 AC-l (via Intel, SiS chipset) software modem to run with XP, this is your answer. Download the driver for SM56 Windows 2000 and the INF updates available at Intel or SiS for your chipset and your in business. I installed XP home 2 days ago and had eveyone tell me that I had to get a new modem.. well.. here I am. It makes me so mad when someone who doesnt have a clue about what there talking about tells someone they have to go out and by new hardware when they dont have to. I hope this helps someone
