Hello, I can no longer get my motorola krzr to connect to my xp computer. I had it working in the past then it stopped connecting. I forget why it stopped.
I have tried uninstalling the motorola driver and reinstalling the motorola usb 3.2 driver but still gives the hardware not connected error.
I'm wondering if there is something from the old driver install that didn't get uninstalled or something like that which is messing it up. While it still connected I upgraded to the motorola usb 3.5 driver. I'm not sure if that caused the problem.
I really dislike how hard it is to get a phone to connect to a computer.

If you still remember the date in which you upgraded to the motorola usb 3.5 driver, then try to "System Restore". Note: Programs that you installed within the restore point and to this date will be gone.

that is not an option, I don't leave that useless option on. It's either i fix or reinstall if it's that serious of a problem. I almost always fix stuff too.
Wat about a program to list and remove drivers, especially drivers that are messed up or leave bits and pieces on the computer?
i seriously hate this, I tried uninstalling then deleting every copy of the driver files and that still didn't do anything. This pisses me off and I doubt there is any support from motorola for this (if there is it'd be useless).
