Reply: (edit)I think motorola 62412-51 is the chip id. The modem's name must be 'SM56 PCI' (look somewhere in the modem's board)
I found the drivers in:

Reply: (edit)Tiene razón el compa del response #9, entren a la pagina de motorola y en "SEARCH" escriban "SM56 PCI" los enviara directo a la página de DRIVERS!!! ahi eligan su SOS(sistema operativo) ejemplo: Win98, WinMe, win2000 (w2k) Enter to www.motorola.com and write: 'SM56 PCI' in the "SEARCH" line the searchengine will send you to the DRIVER page! ther select your driver that correspond to your SOS!

They even made a claim that the driver for W2K works with WinXP provided blah-blah-blah!
