Subject: Monitor and adapter drivers
Comment:

My screen suddenly went crazy at 600x800 resolution (splits in half, distorted display, etc), while fine at all other resolutions. I was told reinstalling my monitor and/or adapter drivers might help.
My system is Pentium I 133Mhz using the Cirrus Logic 5430/40 PCI driver, a CHIP TYPE cl-gd 5430 Rev 0 + A Generic Television monitor driver.
Will this advice solve my problem? If so, where can I download the appropriate drivers?

TIA

Ron Shorr, DVM
