Yea! that driver wouldn't work either, I tried about 6 different one's .but no luck. So I installed windows 2000 pro instead, now i have everything working just fine. thanks for your help.
Summary: I have modem drivers for that modem for win me....if u need it, email me...i can prob get it burned for u or something....i upgraded to winxp and i need the driver for that os and can not seem to find...
