the following worked for my Modular MM100PCTV UK card (BT848 chipset) on 2000 and XP. Install the tweaked drivers from http://www.iulab.com/ then get Dscaler from http://www.dscaler.org/, the Dscaler app is a bit resource hungry (25%+ cpu) but at least it works, I have Cable and Sky Digital and found that they both are ok, but terrestrial channels came out in b/w, but maybe the signal strength it less? I haven't looked at teletext apps yet, as I am back using Win ME at the mo.
I hope this helps

I also have the same problem and have tried installing the tweaked software, but it will not install properly, it says "Invalid Data" when installing the driver. Any ideas?? Sincerely yours, Mike
