I have a flatbed scanner that worked well when I had Pentium II. Now since I have upgraded to Pentium III, I reinstalled its driver several times, it works with Windows 98, but cannot save the scanned image to a file.

I use PHOTO EXPRESS to scan images through Mirascan, but it cannot create files of the scanned images.

Can anyone help explain this.
