|Hey, I received the same information from Virgin Mobile Tech Support. They advised to UNINSTALL the three (Data Interface) drivers found under the 'Other Devices' section in Device Manger. Also, to UNINSTALL all of the (USB Composite Device) and (USB Mass Storage Device) found under the 'Universal Serial Bus Controllers' also found under Device Manager. After all of those things are UNINSTALLED I then restarted my computer and pulled the 3G USB Network Drive out of my USB port and waited until my computer loaded back onto the Windows desktop. Plugged the 3G USB Network Drive back into my USB port and I recieved the same exact pop up stating: "Data Interface Drivers Not Found."|
I'm frustrated and confused on why this is happening, but it is, and I'm not able to use the internet because of it. Think I might end up going back to the store where I purchased my Virgin Mobile device and ask for an exhange due to faulty device.
