Who is the manufacturer of your modem? If it is Lucent I have drivers.

I have an lt winmodem, with all the software. Drop me an email and I will reply with files attached.
I am currently in need of an Intel 82365sl PCMCIA controller driver. I've searched the world for it. It belongs on my brother's Compaq Presario 5185, no modem, sound or colors without it.
