Looking PCA721AF sound card Driver

I am looking for a free PHILIPS PCA721AF PnP Sound card driver for a windows 2000. My computer was manufactured by Dell.

I have fetched for this driver on the net for months now. At one time I got the driver at Drivers.com site but it was for windows 95.

My sound card has two chipset one of it was manufactured by Opti LTD.
