After installing, uninstalling and reinstalling, I have given up. My Logitech 310 Clicksmart webcam is not working. It says in device manager that it's working fine and dandy. But when I run quick cam... it says it's not plugged in. I don't know if it's a driver problem or something. If anyone knows anything that may help that'd be much appreciated.

Check in device manager in windows 98 to see if the usb ports are enabled and working. if your camera is plugged into a usb card make sure your drivers are installed to run the usb card.
