I have a time laptop model 00415nh01g4 the modem drivers have been uninstalled unfortunately i don't know what modem is in the laptop is there anyway of finding out.I've been on time support site but they haven't got it listed.

Have you attempted to use "System Restore" and selecting a point before which your modem drivers were uninstalled?

yeah i looked at system restore but there no reference to when the driver where uninstalled
