Lantastic and Windows peer to peer

installed Lantastic 6.0 on DOS machine. The other two computer in the LAN are one Win2K and one Win98se (they are networked peer to peer and work fine). the lantastic setup told me to copy netbeui.exe to the lantastic directory from the windows directory for the connection between windows and dos. i did. now i keep getting an error message on bootup that says, "netbeui module not found in protocol.ini" How do i accomplish that? any help would be greatly appreciated. (i am not using MS Client because it did not have the NIC drivers i needed.)
