Am using Windows XP and the machine recognised only a partition part of the external hard drive memory device when i plugged it in using the USB port.The keyboard and the mouse also using the USB ports hanged even after ejecting the external memory device.After restarting the PC, the error message is: the following drive mapping operation could not be completed...
