When you open up a New Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) Browser Window you get a pop up error saying you have a missing file "jsdvwsdk.dll" or can't locate it something to that meaning. This file belongs to efax or the old HOTSEND both a fax service printing software. First look for the file under C:\Windows\Systems32 the file is located in there "jsdvwsdk.dll" what i did was uninstall efax software because that wasn't working right anyway so I did uninstall and reinstaled efax 4.4 and I found an old efax software when it was called HOTSEND in my downloads so I installed that too, I still got the error, so I uninstaled IE8 and re-installed it and everything worked fine.
